Well, if we just go by existing precedent for these "forces," Hercules died as a mortal but was transfigured into a god; while Typhon was defeated and imprisoned. Those suggest that living, free gods who still control their own power, likely typically empower mortals in the manner described above. But if a "Horus Force" works for what you want, who's going to throw fine print at you? Not me. πŸ˜‡
